  2. A Serene strategist will reach out within 24 hours with our brand essence questionnaire and session booking link

  3. Book your session: Choose a time that works for you directly from our strategist's calendar.

  4. Complete the Brand Essence Questionnaire: We ask that you complete it within 5 days of purchase. If we do not receive it in this timeframe, we will need to postpone your session to ensure we arrive fully prepared.

  5. Preparing for Your Session: Before the session, we take the time to familiarize ourselves with your brand essence.

  6. Your 90 Minutes: Together we work through your questions, identify your brand direction, and set your priorities.

The goal of the Unfold is to walk away with clarity—knowing where your studio stands, where your attention belongs, and what your next right step is.

  • Yes. The Unfold is designed for designers at any stage — whether you are building your brand from the ground up or reassessing one that has been running for years. The 90 minutes are shaped entirely around where you are right now.

  • Clarity, primarily. A specific understanding of where your brand stands, where your attention belongs, and what your next steps look like. Depending on what comes up, we may also suggest a path to working with Serene further — though there is never any obligation to do so.

  • A discovery call is for us to get to know each other. The Unfold is a working session. We arrive having read your questionnaire in full, and the 90 minutes are dedicated entirely to your brand — not to whether we should work together.

  • We understand that plans change. Please reach out at least 48 hours before your session and we will find a time that works.

  • Many designers use The Unfold as a starting point for a longer engagement. After the session, if it feels like the right fit on both sides, we will talk through what ongoing support could look like for your studio.

  • The Unfold works well as a strategic checkpoint regardless of your current setup — a moment to step back, assess where things stand, and make sure the direction is right before moving forward.

  • Your session will be led by a Serene MKTG strategist who works exclusively within the design industry. Before the session, they will have read your brand essence questionnaire in full and prepared accordingly.

  • The Unfold is non-refundable. We ask that you complete your questionnaire within 5 days of purchase and book your session within the available window. If you need to reschedule, please reach out at least 48 hours in advance.

  • That is exactly why it exists. You do not need to arrive with a polished brand or a clear strategy. You just need to show up honestly.
