Social Media & Content Marketing Manager

With a blend of social media and email marketing support, this position helps our clients stay recognizable across all the channels that matter — with intention and care.

What You'll Do:

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to the interior design and home industries

  • Build content calendars with a mix of posts, Reels/videos, and Stories

  • Write thoughtful, on-brand captions with strategic hooks, CTAs, and optimized keywords

  • Schedule and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads

  • Engage with client audiences — responding to comments, DMs, and fostering genuine community

  • Monitor analytics and apply insights to refine performance

  • Stay current on trends in both design and social media

Content Marketing (Email)

  • Design and write branded email newsletters in FloDesk (1–2 per client/month)

  • Translate broader marketing campaigns into cohesive email content

  • Ensure visuals and copy align with client brand voice and current goals

  • Track and report on performance metrics (open rates, clicks, unsubscribes)

  • Support broader content efforts as needed (ex: blog post formatting, occasional marketing copy)

You're a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 2+ years of experience managing social media, especially for interior design, home, or lifestyle brands

  • Have some experience with email marketing tools like FloDesk or are eager to learn

  • Are a strong writer who can shift tone across different client brands with ease

  • Have a sharp eye for design and aesthetics — and love interiors, architecture, or visual storytelling

  • Are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Thrive in a flexible remote/hybrid setup and are excited to grow with a boutique agency

What to Expect:

  • Hybrid role: Primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings, photoshoots, or collaborations (if local)
